We currently ship across most major cities and towns in India. For remote or special delivery locations, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time: 7–15 business days (depending on product availability and location)
- Custom or made-to-order items may take 15–25 business days
We’ll share order tracking details as soon as your item is dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on most orders.
- For certain pin codes or bulky items, additional delivery charges may apply. You will be informed at checkout or via call/email if needed.
4. Delivery Process
- Deliveries are made by our trusted courier and logistics partners.
- You will receive a call prior to delivery to confirm your availability.
- Please ensure someone is present to receive and inspect the product upon arrival.
5. Damaged Items on Delivery
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Inform the delivery person immediately, and note the damage on the delivery slip.
- Take clear photos/videos and share them with us at support@ohosofas.com within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or return as per our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Delays
While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
