1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery.

  • The wrong product, color, or model was delivered.

  • The product received is not as described on our website.

⚠️ Note: Slight color or texture variations due to lighting or screen display will not be considered a defect.

All return or refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • If approved, we will schedule a pickup or inspection of the product.

  • After confirmation, we will process either a replacement or refund based on your preference.


5. Refund Timeline

After approval and product pickup:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are issued to your bank account within 10–12 business days.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture (made as per your size, color, or fabric preference).

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Items not in their original packaging or missing parts/accessories.


7. Mode of Refund

Refunds are made only through:

  • The original payment method, or

  • Bank transfer for COD orders.


8. Exchange Policy
