At Oho Sofas, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You can request a refund if:
- The product is damaged or defective on delivery.
- The wrong item or size/model has been delivered.
- The product is not as described on our website.
Refunds are not applicable for minor color or texture differences due to lighting or screen display.
2. Timeframe for Request
You must raise a refund or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
3. How to Request a Refund

Please include:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos showing the issue
- Reason for refund
4. Review & Approval
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved:
- We’ll arrange pickup/inspection of the product.
- Once verified, your refund or replacement will be processed.
5. Refund Timeline
After approval, refunds are issued within:
- 5–7 business days (for prepaid orders)
- 10–12 business days (for COD orders via bank transfer)
6. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be made to your original payment method or bank account, depending on how you paid.
7. Note
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
- Please retain the original packaging for return pickup.
