Refund and Returns Policy
At Oho Sofas, we strive to ensure you love your furniture. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective on arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The product is not as described
Conditions for Return:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required
- You must share photos/videos of the issue for verification

2. Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received back in our warehouse:
- We will initiate a refund to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order furniture
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage after delivery
- Items without original packaging
4. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for a full refund
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
